Job Summary
Support the General Manager by presiding over facility operations, recruiting and interviewing team members, and leading sales staff to achieve revenue targets through KPIs. Manage daily activities at the membership counter, resolve customer complaints, and ensure the facility meets standards for cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate payroll processing, enforce company policies, and foster a professional, welcoming atmosphere that promotes team productivity and community partnerships. Maintain compliance with all eligibility requirements and uphold the integrity of the CRUNCH brand while driving member engagement and local business recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to maintain eligibility to work in the United States throughout employment
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
