Responsible for driving membership and personal training sales through goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques; coaching and accountability of front desk and sales teams; ensuring smooth operations, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage; delivering exceptional member service and handling inquiries; tracking KPIs and contributing to improvement strategies; fostering a high-energy, No Judgments culture; participating in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
