Job Summary
Assistant General Manager (AGM) role to support the General Manager in driving club performance with a strong focus on sales, member experience, and team development. Responsibilities include driving membership and personal training sales through goal setting and lead management, coaching front desk and sales teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional member service, tracking KPIs, fostering Crunch’s No Judgments culture, and participating in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
