Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at CR Fitness (McKinney Club) leads sales and member experience while developing the team to drive club performance. Responsibilities include driving membership and personal training sales through goal setting, lead management, and closing techniques; coaching and accountability of front desk and sales teams; overseeing day-to-day club operations (cleanliness, equipment upkeep, staff coverage); delivering exceptional member service and handling inquiries/escalations; tracking KPIs and contributing to improvement strategies; fostering a high-energy, team-oriented culture aligned with Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy; and participating in leadership development to prepare for future General Manager responsibilities. Requires experience in a sales or leadership role, preferably in fitness or a fast-paced service industry, with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, integrity, and reliability.
