Job Summary
Assist in managing a high-performance fitness club, supporting staffing, KPI achievement, and member services while maintaining a hospitality-driven culture. Drive recruiting, training, and development of staff including Members Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, Personal Training Managers, Group Fitness Managers, and Maintenance Technicians. Lead by example to meet performance targets, oversee scheduling and labor management, resolve member service issues with pace and empathy, and contribute to new member sales through outreach. Oversee front desk activities, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and adherence to Crunch policies. Requires 2 years of fitness facility or customer-service management experience and CPR/AED certification; strong communication, leadership, and integrity to inspire trust; ability to manage performance, coaching, and development plans; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
