Job Summary
Oversee daily gym operations by assisting in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team while monitoring staff performance against KPI standards. Manage labor scheduling, resolve member service issues with empathy, and lead new member acquisition efforts. Supervise club assets, including inventory reconciliation and equipment maintenance, while ensuring consistent compliance with Crunch policies and facility standards. Report directly to the General Manager and collaborate with the Fit Fusion management team to maintain operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience
- Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively managing key KPI's
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime
- Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred
