Job Summary
Preside over facility operations when the General Manager is absent and lead, supervise, and coordinate team members servicing member needs at the membership counter. Demonstrate command of all company-wide policies to ensure CRUNCH brand integrity while proactively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring talented staff. Manage revenue targets through KPIs, resolve customer complaints expeditiously, and maintain facility standards for cleanliness, safety, and equipment repair. Assist with payroll processing and ensure proper lead tracking. Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere that enhances service quality and encourages staff teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to maintain eligibility to work in the United States throughout employment
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
