Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and supervise team members at the membership counter while managing daily operations when the General Manager is absent. Implement company policies, recruit and interview new staff, and drive revenue targets through KPI tracking. Resolve customer complaints, ensure facility safety and cleanliness standards, and oversee payroll processing. Maintain proper documentation for personnel issues and equipment repairs. Support Fitness Ventures LLC in fostering a diverse, welcoming environment that prioritizes member experience and community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements
- Ability to maintain eligibility to work in the United States throughout employment
- Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. including the required documentation for e-Verification
