Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in staffing, training, and developing a high-performing team including Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, Personal Training Managers, Group Fitness Managers and Maintenance Technicians; monitor staff performance against KPI standards; lead by example to achieve personal and team performance targets; manage staff performance with ongoing development, training, and coaching; support scheduling and labor management, member service resolution with pace and empathy, and addressing employee issues; lead generation and outreach for new member sales; facilitate new member acquisition and integration into all services and programs; set goals and conduct regular staff meetings; supervise inventory and facility-related expenditures; oversee front desk activities and ensure a clean, well-maintained facility; utilize Crunch-specific tools for incident reporting and internal communications; ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards; CPR/AED certification required; requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend for extended periods; 2 years of management experience in fitness or customer service; strong communication and integrity; experience leading and/or supervising staff; role is PART_TIME at a fitness club.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs required
