Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates hotel front office operations as an Assistant General Manager, including hiring, training, and supervising front desk staff; ensuring brand standards and service quality; managing scheduling, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable tasks; preparing and analyzing staff schedules, payroll reports, and guest services workflows; addressing guest concerns and resolving issues, including rate or facilities problems; conducting staff meetings and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operation; enforcing hotel policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures; maintaining high standards of guest experience and staff development; leveraging front office systems (IHG and/or OPERA) and demonstrating strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Branded hotel experience required
- 1 year of customer service required
- Previous front office supervisory and/or management experience in a hotel setting is highly recommended
- Driver's License Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
