Assistant General Manager (Crisp & Green)

Lead shifts and serve as Manager on Duty, coaching Team Leads and Certified Team Leads while assisting with hiring, training, and performance feedback. Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and service standards by executing opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. Resolve guest issues with ownership and professionalism while monitoring shift-level P&L drivers such as food waste and overtime. Foster a culture of hospitality and accountability by modeling wellness, integrity, and feedback-driven workplace standards. Requires 1-2 years of management experience, ability to lift 50lbs and work 50 hours weekly.
