Job Summary
As an Assistant General Manager, you will lead shifts, coach and develop team members, and ensure operational excellence by adhering to food safety and service standards. You will support financial stewardship by monitoring labor and P&L drivers, while fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability to create an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have at least 1-2 years of management experience and a strong customer service background, alongside a passion for healthy living.
Required Qualifications

- 3 years customer service experience

- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
