Assistant General Manager

Assistant General Manager role responsible for supporting the General Manager across gym operations, driving revenue growth and member experience, and overseeing staff in the manager's absence. Key duties include supervising childcare associates and managers, front desk staff, and club operations; leading sales efforts to convert interest into memberships; maintaining a welcoming, high-service environment; mentoring staff and ensuring compliance with policies; collaborating with General/Regional Managers to resolve issues, manage deposits, inventory, staffing, and scheduling; traveling to other clubs as needed; and striving to meet KPI targets to earn monthly bonuses. Strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and communication skills, plus a solid foundation in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel between clubs, are highlighted as essential.
