Job Summary
Lead the community by setting service excellence standards, coordinating contracted services, and managing resident accounts and utility billing. Oversee facilities inspections, enforce company policies, and deliver legal notices while maintaining occupancy above 99% and collections at 98% of potential income. Direct staff development, handle sales interactions, and execute marketing initiatives to achieve revenue goals. Maintain budget targets, manage payroll and hiring paperwork, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and EEO laws. Assist the General Manager in daily operations and prepare monthly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 1 years' experience in the student/multi-family housing industry
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Property Management software (Entrata)
- Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs
- Fair Housing Laws
- EEO Laws
