Job Summary
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations by upholding guest standards, ensuring speed of service, and managing digital order accuracy. Train and develop crew members while overseeing scheduling, P&L management, sales forecasting, and recruiting to build a strong team. Maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room and strictly adhere to food safety and compliance protocols. Work a standard 50-hour week including evening and weekend shifts within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Assist in growing into a General Manager role while contributing to Chipotle's mission of cultivating a better world through responsibly sourced food and sustainable business practices.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for 10 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50lbs./25kgs.
- Ability to perform other physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job
- Ability to work around varied temperatures
- Ability to taste and prepare food
- Ability to communicate with the Chipotle team and customers
- Ability to uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
- Ability to act as the leader on duty
- Ability to ensure speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience
- Ability to train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle's training tools and resources
