Assistant General Manager

Be the on-duty leader in a Chipotle restaurant, ensuring guest-obsessed hospitality, speed, accuracy, and a positive guest experience. Learn to run day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including creating and managing schedules, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting and interviewing, and training crew members using Chipotle’s tools.
