Job Summary
Be the on-duty leader in a Chipotle restaurant, ensuring guest-obsessed hospitality, speed, accuracy, and a positive guest experience. Learn to run day-to-day operational aspects of the business, including creating and managing schedules, P&L management, sales forecasting, recruiting and interviewing, and training crew members using Chipotle’s tools. Maintain a clean dining room and uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards while supporting digital order accuracy and on-time delivery. The role involves a standard 50-hour workweek with evening and weekend shifts, and previous restaurant management experience is preferred in areas such as scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and recruiting to grow toward the General Manager position.
