Job Summary
Lead daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and staffing while managing inventory, supply ordering, and cost control. Oversee food quality, service standards, and cleanliness; supervise Team Members through training, coaching, and performance feedback. Address guest concerns, resolve conflicts, and uphold safety protocols. Support financial aspects by tracking sales, handling cash, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing reports. Participate in special projects and implement store action plans to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of legal, health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
- Willing to work flexibly (including at night and on weekends) and to travel as needed
- The ability to regularly work overtime
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
- Must be comfortable working near open flames
- Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required
