Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to develop store action plans, oversee daily restaurant operations, manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and budgeting, lead and coach Team Members, uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness, enhance guest experience, and prepare financial reports. You will learn and apply competency-based leadership and operational skills to drive restaurant performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willing to work flexibly (including at night and on weekends) and to travel as needed
