Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by overseeing opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and staffing while supporting the General Manager in establishing store action plans. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, maintain inventory and cost control, and supervise team training and performance feedback. Address customer concerns, resolve team conflicts, and track sales and cash handling to support financial reporting and budget guidelines. Lead by example in customer service and participate in special initiatives to drive restaurant success.
Required Qualifications
- 1- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of legal, health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
- Willing to work flexibly (including at night and on weekends) and to travel as needed
- Consistently exhibits a generous and friendly demeanor when engaging with guests
- Completes tasks and projects within established timelines
- Promotes and upholds a culture of inclusivity and respect within the team
- Actively seeks and incorporates feedback from team members to improve performance and operations
- Applies effective decision-making skills to guide the team towards achieving success

- The ability to regularly work overtime
- Must be able to bend and reach overhead often
- Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment
- Must be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold
- Must be comfortable working near open flames
- May be required to work in tight spaces
- Must maintain near constant communication with multiple people
- Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision are required
- Must be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions
- Must stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
