Job Summary
Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests efficiently while managing inventory, processing bank deposits, and conducting training and performance appraisals. Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests, completing other duties as assigned. This role requires working a 50-hour week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
