Job Summary
Assistant General Manager in a full-time role at a service center in Olathe, KS. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach and develop staff, manage inventory and compliance, lead daily team huddles and store meetings, and ensure guest satisfaction through effective leadership, operational discipline, and financial stewardship. Requires 1–3 years of retail management experience and strong communication skills; ability to lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team and to perform opening/closing duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Must be at least 18 years of age
