Job Summary
Lead the Assistant General Manager in driving revenue growth by growing guest count and managing core sales mix, MultiCare, and Core Plus performance. Coach and execute excellent customer service, build team engagement, and ensure quality control measures are followed consistently. Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues while assisting the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance. Lead daily team huddles, perform opening and closing duties, and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs to maintain a safe, productive environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
