Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction for a full-service service center. Lead and coach a team to achieve sales targets, manage budgets and financial performance, develop teammates through internal training, oversee inventory and cash-handling processes, and ensure a safe, clean, and engaging workplace. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, mentor automotive technicians and CSAs, and support onboarding, safety compliance, and guest issue resolution while working closely with the GM to execute strategic initiatives and achieve store goals.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
