Job Summary
Assistant General Manager role focused on partnering with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach and develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include leading daily team huddles and store meetings, guiding budgeting and financial performance, forecasting sales, ensuring quality control and safety, managing inventory and cash handling, and providing direction to automotive technicians and CSAs. Requires retail leadership, strong communication, guest-first mindset, ability to mentor staff, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Location-based in Gainesville, FL with in-person duties at the service center.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- 18 years of age or older
