Job Summary
Assistant General Manager (AGM) at a full-service service center in Covington, WA. Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction by coaching staff, managing inventory and budgets, leading daily team huddles and store meetings, and ensuring safety and quality control. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service excellence, developing teammates through internal training, guiding financial performance through forecasting and expense controls, and maintaining a positive, high-performance retail environment. Requires leadership ability, strong communication, and a Guest First mindset; operates in-person with the team and customers in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Professional automotive experience is not required
