Job Summary
As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), lead with the General Manager to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy service center. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teammates through internal training, overseeing daily operations, inventory and cash-handling processes, budgeting and financial forecasting, and ensuring a clean, safe, and presentable environment. Lead daily team huddles and store meetings, oversee performance measures such as core sales mix and guest-count growth, and maintain adherence to safety and operational standards while fostering an engaging, guest-first culture. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and business results.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse groups
- Analytical, budgeting, and financial understanding
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals
- 18 years of age or older
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
