Job Summary
Manage high-quality on-site staff through recruitment, training, coaching, and development programs while assisting the General Manager with strategic planning, financial management, and risk oversight. Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents to maximize rental income, and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program to ensure resident satisfaction. Perform quarterly apartment inspections and monitor service request turnaround, accurately preparing operational data for the Regional Director. Assist with achieving net operating income through cost control and revenue improvement programs. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing the Berkley House, Cherry Street, and Hudson communities, with a focus on resident retention and outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of property management experience is highly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions in Entrata preferred
