Job Summary
Assistant General Manager for a Hard Rock Cafe: acts as senior business leader supporting the General Manager to uphold brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize the facility’s potential. Responsibilities include asset management of the cafe, collaborating with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan, mentoring junior management, aligning with the GM on operating direction, ensuring consistent execution of systems and processes to deliver products and services to brand standards, supporting staffing objectives, championing change, and developing a high-performing team. Qualifications emphasize a working financial comprehension of KPIs, a Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent entrepreneurial hospitality leadership, 10+ years in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel for business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry inclusive of restaurant front line operations
- Bachelors Business Degree or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to move throughout the cafe and travel as needed for long periods
