Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations and supervise Front-of-House and Back-of-House activities; manage staff scheduling, training, and performance; uphold health, safety, and food quality standards; assist in budgeting, labor cost control, and promotional campaigns; drive exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns; collaborate with General Manager on financial goals and operational improvements; leverage experience in high-volume upper-finer casual dining, and utilize Toast, POS, ADP, OpenTable, DoorDash, and UberEats; bring knowledge of wine/beverage service and compliance with food safety regulations; foster a positive, team-oriented culture across FOH/BOH.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years management experience in a high-volume upper finer casual dining (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Active Food Handlers, Sexual Harassment and Alcohol Beverage Control (RBS) certifications
- Experience with Toast, POS systems, ADP, OpenTable, DoorDash, UberEats
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus
- Leadership and staff Training experience
- Scheduling and budget/cost-control familiarity
