Job Summary
Coach, lead, and operate a high-performing center by delivering KidStrong's Brain, Physical, and Character curriculum to children ages crawling–11, physically demonstrating movements, and tracking student data via the Coach App. Serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent, manage daily cleaning and maintenance, coordinate coach scheduling, and drive membership growth through outbound calls, SMS, and email to convert trials. Partner with leadership to onboard and evaluate coaching candidates, ensuring brand consistency and communicating professionally with families. Requires evening and weekend availability, CPR/AED certification, and a physically active schedule covering miles on the floor. Required Qualifications
- Genuine passion for working with kids
- High energy, strong presence, and the ability to hold a room of kids and parents
- Comfort having real conversations with families about their child's development
- Athletic or coaching background
- CPR/AED certification
- Availability for a schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to cover miles on the floor, demonstrate movements, and move equipment up to 25 lbs per shift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Experience in sales, enrollment, or membership-based environments
- Familiarity with tools like Glofox, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, or similar platforms
- Background in PE, child development, athletic training, or pediatric OT/PT
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
