Assistant General Manager

Assist the General Manager in achieving successful operations at a location by directing production, sales, customer service, inventory management, delivery, human resources, safety, and administrative activities. Assume location responsibility in the absence of the General Manager and keep leadership informed on initiative status, issues, and schedules impacting location success. Provide direction to the management team and employees to ensure accomplishment of objectives, while assisting with recruiting, hiring, promoting, training, and terminating staff. Support the preparation of the location budget, operating costs, and annual reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with four years of related experience.
