Job Summary
Conduct daily operational practices of the car wash facility, supervising employees, managing workflow, and providing escalated customer support. Schedule and coordinate meetings, conduct performance reviews, and manage recruitment and dismissal processes. Liaise between managers, customers, and staff while developing strategies for efficiency and goal achievement. Monitor spending patterns, balance cash drawers, and fill in for the Site Manager during absences. Greet customers, process payments, direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, and perform visual inspections. Ensure facility cleanliness, adhere to safety policies, and handle employee or customer concerns. Full-time or part-time roles available with competitive pay, bonuses, and paid time off.
