Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conduct employee performance reviews, and develop strategies for workplace efficiency. Supervise staff, manage shift schedules, and assign duties based on role and skills. Liaise between managers, customers, and employees to address concerns, handle conflicts, and provide direction. Monitor spending patterns, balance cash drawers, and ensure adherence to safety policies. Fill in for the Site Manager during absences by making executive decisions and holding meetings. Greet customers, process payments, and direct vehicles into the wash tunnel while performing facility cleaning and visual inspections.
