Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager at Bojangles, oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team in a fast‐paced QSR environment. Responsible for managing P&L, food cost, and labor, while delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service. Lead and motivate staff, ensure teamwork, and drive a positive guest experience. Schedule includes Monday–Friday with weekends and holidays; breakfast and drive-through experience is a plus. Must bring energy and enthusiasm, foster a collaborative team environment, and focus on guest satisfaction. Required Qualifications
- Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
