Job Summary
Assistant General Manager role overseeing operations for the restaurant location, collaborating with General Manager to ensure cleanliness, quality, service, and teamwork; responsible for daily scheduling, cash controls, opening/closing, and supervising staff; cross-functional coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house; provide leadership and training to managers and staff, participate in weekly management meetings, and ensure compliance with health/safety standards and company policies. Requires 1-3 years of restaurant management experience (preferred), on-site in Denver, CO; 45-55 hours/week; familiarity with Toast POS and Office 365; ability to pass background and drug screenings; degree preferred; strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, operations Excellence, and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Prior restaurant management experience 1-3 years preferred
- Degree preferable or food service/hospitality industry certifications
- Office 365 proficiency (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)
- Point of Sale system experience, preferably Toast
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and background check including reference review and credit review
- Able to work 45-55 hours per week (5 days) and on feet for 8-10 hours
