Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager, drive venue standards across all brand experiences and support the General Manager to achieve performance targets. Serve as the bearer of standards, creativity, and quality across brands and oversee continuous development of venue standards. Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and HR practices to manage teams effectively. Demonstrate leadership capable of stepping into various areas of the business to maintain high standards, with prior Duty Manager experience and knowledge of venue management and cash procedures.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months management experience at a similar level.
- Experience in staff training and development.
- Licensing, HR and Health & Safety legislation experience.
- Innovative and creative ideas for cocktail menu and service development.
