Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members to maximize sales, control expenses, and meet budgetary constraints. Direct work for employees by setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours while conducting performance evaluations and handling guest complaints. Review applications, interview candidates, and make hiring recommendations, then enforce security measures and safe food handling procedures to maintain Health Department ratings and equipment integrity. Oversee kitchen and front-of-house production consistent with established recipes and the CHARM Service Model, utilizing the digital manager logbook to communicate shift notes and product needs. Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory and line checks while adhering to all wage and hour regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School Diploma or High School equivalency
- Valid Driver's License
