Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of hospitality, quality, and efficiency. Lead, train, and develop the management team and staff while monitoring financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives. Requires a minimum of three years in a high-volume upscale restaurant management role, flexible hours including evenings and holidays, and a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business. Required Qualifications
