Job Summary
Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork to ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly. Supervise non-management associates by assigning work, coaching shifts, and developing supervisors while maintaining awareness of brand standards and procedures. Competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager, address issues timely, and ensure accurate cash management and inventory counts. Motivate staff during low morale and resolve customer needs to build long-term relationships. This entry-level management role supports the General Manager at Applegreen USA's Northeast and Midwest travel plazas.
Required Qualifications
- 2* Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs
- Must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager
