Assistant General Manager � Atlantic Tire Distributors

Oversee all facets of warehouse and distributing operations, including planning and directing associates and delivery drivers to achieve financial and quality targets. Manage personnel for the distribution center, handling disciplinary procedures, grievances, training, and morale. Serve as the on-site inventory control expert alongside the Inventory Control Specialist and resolve local IT issues. Comply with health and safety programs including DOT, ADA, and OSHA, while championing the corporate brand. Provide leadership in support of Colony Tire's policies and guidelines.
