Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in daily operations, supervise and manage hotel staff, and oversee financial performance while implementing strategies to optimize hotel performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, support housekeeping, payroll, human resources, maintenance, and food and beverage operations, and lead team member development. The role requires minimum two years of hotel management experience at the AGM or FOM level with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Flexible schedules including nights and weekends are required, and the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure while understanding budgets and cost controls.
