Job Summary

Oversee operational and strategic direction for Table Games, Slot Operations, Hotel, and Food and Beverage divisions while managing executive leadership staff. Formulate divisional business strategies within annual marketing and operating budgets, conducting financial analysis to monitor profitability and implement cost-reduction or revenue-growth tactics. Develop staffing plans to meet guest service expectations and represent the property with law enforcement, the State Gaming Commission, and the public. Provide direct mentorship and training to teams, ensuring consistent delivery of results aligned with property mission and performance objectives. Requires a four-year degree in business or hospitality, five years in senior management, or ten years in progressive hotel and casino operations, plus a key employee license from the State of Nevada Gaming Commission.

Required Qualifications

  • Four year college degree in Business Administration, finance, marketing, hospitality or related field
  • A combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of five years in a senior management role
  • Ten years of progressive hotel and casino operations experience
  • Ability to qualify for a key employee license from the State of Nevada Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board
  • Knowledge of hospitality and gaming operations, including but not limited to slots, tables, bingo, keno, poker, hotel, food and beverage, hospitality, facilities repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to read, understand, analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Thorough understanding of the marketing process as it relates to the hotel and casino industry
  • Knowledge of computer software as it relates to customer databases and gaming spreadsheets
  • Thorough knowledge of gaming regulations of the State of Nevada and the Nevada MICS
  • Thorough understanding of Title 31 of the Bank Secrecy Act
  • Knowledge of business law, contract law, labor law, insurance contracts and property and liability coverage requirements
  • Health and welfare coverage knowledge
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Ability to verify right to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and sit
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to climb or balance and stoop or kneel
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
