Job Summary
Assist the General Manager with sales, profit projections, and staffing to achieve business goals in revenue, expenses, and profitability. Supervise department managers for policy compliance, conduct operational and customer service training, and resolve escalated employee issues with HR support. Prepare and submit financial reports including daily sales, COGS, and labor controls, while creating monthly schedules and budget plans for executive review. Manage customer relations by handling disputes and promoting special events, audit cash drawers and transactions, and enforce safety, loss prevention, and OSHA regulations. Maintain store displays, review timesheets, and mentor staff through coaching and counseling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years management experience in team building, sales development, strong operational skills within a fast casual theme concept
- Ability to gain, demonstrate, and coach with operation knowledge
- Ability to plan activities, set goals, effective manage time and work
- Shows ability to consistently contribute to the overall improvement of team
- Must have or be willing to obtain alcohol certification in compliance with local ordinance
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
- Ability to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
