Job Summary
Oversee store operations as Assistant General Manager including reviewing P&L, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs), achieving personal and store sales goals, and maintaining high customer service standards. Lead manager-on-duty activities (coaching, floor/phone management, task assignments, safety, opening/closing duties), handle weekly scheduling, and ensure adherence to store processes. Demonstrate friendly communication, locate and stock parts, safety expertise, and knowledge of automotive systems. Train and coach staff on advanced solutions, product quality, inventory systems, and POS/Parts lookup; leverage diagnostic equipment for DIY services and maintain effective inventory control. Require 2-3 years of team management in a fast-paced retail environment; high school diploma/GED required with Bachelor's degree preferred. English fluency (Spanish a plus); strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel required; PowerPoint preferred). Willingness to work various days, evenings, and weekends; compensation range $23.85–$26.54/hour with sales commission eligibility. Equal opportunity employer; location: Williamsville, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel; PowerPoint preferred
