Job Summary
Lead the number two position to the General Manager, driving operational targets, maximizing property profitability, and ensuring full compliance with operating controls and legislation. Manage all departments to maintain product and service quality standards while championing employee engagement and a collaborative environment. Actively participate in recruitment processes to select the best fit for property positions and develop relationships within the local community. Promote the brand by ensuring all essentials and standards are executed consistently across the 5,500 hotels in the Accor network.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
- Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
- A proven leader who is able to inspire others
