Job Summary
Ensure the store is opened, closed, and secured daily; meet and exceed sale goals through rentals, protection plans, and merchandise. Assist the General Manager with the online auction process while helping customers choose storage solutions and delivering personalized service. Process payments, balance receipts, and complete bank deposit drops. Conduct daily safety inspections, lock checks, unit cleaning, and light maintenance including mopping, sweeping, and landscaping. Lift 30+ lbs regularly and manage multiple tasks independently. Valid driver's license and insurance required for vendor travel. Full-time Monday-Saturday schedule with flexible hours outside traditional retail times. Competitive hourly pay with uncapped monthly performance-based bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
