Job Summary
Seeking an Assistant General Manager for a high-end chophouse with minimum 3 years management experience, knowledge of wine, and strong hospitality skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-end fine dining establishment
- Complete understanding / proficiency in R365 accounting & financial system
- Ability to remain calm, professional and use good judgment under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate hospitality to guests and staff
- Must be available 7 days per week, including evenings, weekends & some holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of beer/wine/spirits
- Experience managing a beverage/wine program
- Experience in restaurant marketing/sales/business development
