Job Summary
Oversee all on-site operations and achieve financial and operational objectives for the community by partnering with the General Manager to maximize revenue, manage expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Handle resident service requests, support leasing activities including tours and lease execution, and maintain property standards through unit inspections. Ensure compliance with housing laws, coordinate eviction processes with legal counsel, and compile data for operational insights while driving overall property performance. Primarily Monday–Friday with extended hours, evenings, and weekends required. Requires ability to move throughout the property, conduct inspections, and occasionally travel locally or overnight. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Demonstrated leadership and team support capabilities
- Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe
- Ability to move throughout the property and conduct inspections
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formats
- Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight as needed
- Extended hours, evenings, and weekends required based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in student housing or multifamily environments
