Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field
- 2+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience
- Track record managing multi-program or multi-shift operations
- P&L exposure: budget prep, cost control, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical instincts
- Organized and detail-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in reverse logistics, distribution, or high-volume processing environments
- Hands-on experience with WMS platforms and handheld scanner workflows
- Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations
