Job Summary
Assistant General Manager oversees guest services and financial accuracy of the hotel, supervises and trains guest services representatives and night audit staff, schedules shifts, acts as General Manager in their absence, improves guest satisfaction, supervises the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage as needed, manages Medallia and social media scores, handles guest complaints, and leads staff to deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience while maintaining procedures, training, and a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Technical College / Associates Degree or Some College
- Minimum 1 years experience as a department supervisor
- Minimum 2 years hotel operations experience in a supervisory capacity
